Vision Express: Clearly more customer focused

Customer research had shown the existing shops to be perceived as cold and intimidating. We introduced a new distinctive colour palette and warmer more tactile finishes. We created a new waiting area to relax and inform the customer and improved consultation areas to give a greater feeling of privacy comfort. Finally we created a new identity which retained the recognition of the original while along with new graphic communication puts the emphasis on eye care.
